Lindora Joins Xponential Fitness, Paving the Way for National and International Growth

Xponential Fitness, Inc. has recently announced its agreement to acquire Lindora, a well-known metabolic health brand. The acquisition will result in all 31 Lindora clinics becoming Xponential franchise locations. Xponential will obtain the intellectual property of Lindora and intends to franchise the brand nationally and internationally. This acquisition is expected to have an immediate positive impact on both the average unit volume and adjusted EBITDA.

Xponential Fitness is a global franchisor of various health and wellness brands. The company’s mission is to make boutique fitness accessible to everyone. With ten different brands under its umbrella, including Club Pilates, CycleBar, StretchLab, Row House, AKT, YogaSix, Pure Barre, STRIDE Fitness, Rumble, and BFT, Xponential offers a diverse range of workout experiences across multiple disciplines. The company operates in 49 U.S. states and Canada, with plans for further expansion into 21 additional countries.

Founded in 1971, Lindora is a prominent provider of medically guided wellness and metabolic health solutions. Their services focus on supporting metabolic health and weight management, utilizing approaches like nutrition, lifestyle changes, weight loss medications, IV hydration, and hormone replacement therapy. The weight loss and weight management industry has a substantial market size, projected to reach over $400 billion by 2030.
