This offer is available to subscribers on the Basic Plan or higher in the U.S., U.K., and Germany, and on the Silver+ Plan or higher in Brazil. Apple Fitness+ provides thousands of workouts and meditations across various types, including HIIT, Strength, Treadmill, Rowing, Cycling, and Yoga, accessible with just an iPhone. Those with an Apple Watch can enjoy enhanced features with real-time metrics. Apple Fitness+ workouts, led by a diverse team of trainers, are complemented by music playlists and motivational audio experiences.
Gympass boasts a network of over 50,000 gyms, studios, classes, personal trainers, wellness apps, and Wellness Coaches. These coaches help subscribers create personalized plans for their wellbeing journey. Gympass’ “Year in Motion” report indicates a 111% year-over-year growth in healthy habit tracking solutions and a 44% increase in personalization features.
Cesar Carvalho, CEO and co-founder of Gympass, highlighted the company’s success in engaging employees in wellness activities, noting that their plans are 30-50% cheaper than traditional gym memberships. Gympass aims to enhance employee enrollment in wellness programs across its 15,000 corporate clients globally.
Employee wellbeing is becoming increasingly vital, as indicated in Gympass’s 2024 State of Work-Life Wellness report. The report reveals that 87% of employees would consider leaving a company that does not prioritize wellbeing, and 93% value wellbeing as highly as salaries. Investing in wellbeing has proven beneficial for companies, as Gympass customers report 40% lower employee turnover rates and up to 35% savings on healthcare costs.
