Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, Hawaii’s premier AAA Five-Diamond and Forbes Five-Star resort, is set to host a New Year Body Reset series from January 2-5, 2024. The event, led by internationally acclaimed fitness expert Harley Pasternak, will be held at the Hualalai Sports Club & Wellness Centre, recently revamped as part of the Resort’s extensive renovation exceeding $100 million. Pasternak’s program will encompass various activities, including discussions and classes focused on nutrition, movement, and recovery.
Charlie Parker, the Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, expressed excitement about offering guests innovative amenities and robust programming to maintain their fitness routines during their stay. Harley Pasternak, renowned for his effective full-body workouts and a celebrity client roster featuring Ariana Grande, Kim Kardashian, John Mayer, and Robert Downey Jr., brings his expertise back to Four Seasons Resort Hualalai to inspire guests’ New Year’s resolutions.
In addition to being a fitness guru, Pasternak is a motivational speaker, New York Times bestselling author, TV host, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto. He has an extensive background in exercise physiology and nutritional sciences. Pasternak, who also designs gym and fitness spaces worldwide, including for Four Seasons hotels and resorts, will offer a series of classes exclusive to Resort guests and Hualalai Club members.

The Hualalai Sports Club and Wellness Centre features a fitness center designed by Pasternak, offering cardio machines, weight-training equipment, and professional trainers. Guests can also enjoy tennis facilities, a lap pool, the Hualalai Golf Hale for golf instruction, and personalized fitness activities such as stand-up paddleboarding and outrigger canoeing. Adjacent to these facilities, the Hualalai Spa offers various wellness treatments.
